Omega-3 + Vitamin D3 & K2 (OLD)

Easy to take and i have confidence that this is a good product. It will take a while before i can truly tell a difference.

Great supplements! Just wish the frequency and size were different.

Everything that comes from Mary Claire haver's business is incredibly well done and thought out. That includes the supplements. They're high-end, I feel better when I take them. My only complaint is that as an adult with ADHD taking four pills a day, spread out throughout the day is incredibly difficult to remember. Even with reminders, one of them usually falls by the wayside. So I've started taking one in the morning one before dinner and two a bedtime. That seems to work well. Also the pills are just a little taller than your average pill. So I have to take them with sweet tea otherwise it gets caught in my throat. No idea why that works, but .05 of a cup of sweet tea helps me get this pill down. Again, I think the products here are great, but it's important to remember that many of the people taking them work full-time jobs, and don't have time to focus on taking every single one of these supplements plus running their households and lives. Solution should be easier to remember, easy to take and provide limited "barriers to entry."

No smell

I've been low on Vitamin D my whole life. I was excited to find a combined Vit D with K2 and Omega 3. I only ordered one bottle to make sure there was no fishy smell. There wasn't. These have been fantastic. I get my bloodwork tomorrow and can't wait to see if there's been improvement.
