I don't believe this works as described. It does not stretch your neck up. It more like tightens and pushed it forward. I'm disappointed as I was so looking forward to some relief. Also, ai message the company regarding my concerns and they haven't answered me. I will be requesting a refund

This product is grosly misrepresented, and the company refuses to refund the amount. All it does is choke you and cause extreme discomfort to the person. It's flimsy, and made cheap. Do not spend your money with this fraudulent deceptive company.
