It doesn’t work.

I like the neck pillow however the power buttons aren’t located in an easy spot to get to. The back pillow is also nice however mine won’t stay on unless the heating element is turned on. I don’t see any way to change the amount of heat on either the neck or back pillows. As much as I enjoy the heat, it’s too hot on my back and makes me itch. So….I like what these products do if/when they are working properly. I would like to return mine for the best quality products they have (if a true return isn’t an option).
