Having to keep it plugged in when using is odd. My neck pillow will not stay on. The back pillow gets really flat, and I don’t weigh that much too crush it. It does not have the kneeding function thst other brands do. It is soft to touch but that is the only positive. I was really hoping this would be better than the other brand I have, I’m dissapointed.

I have yet to receive my order! If I don’t get it I need to figure out how to get my money back It’s been over a month and a half since I ordered it.
