The brace is built very sturdy. I did not find it comfortable to wear as it dug into my chest at the shoulders. It did help keep my posture straight. I have a different brand that almost identical to this one and feels about the same. I was hoping this one was more comfortable.

Hard to struggle into it on account of my shoulders and neck, but once i get it on it feels ok.

Strong and rigid like I needed. No instructions included, and there should have been.
