I was really skeptical whether this could really work for my rock-stiff neck and shoulders. But it turned out this device was designed to provide exactly the massage I used to request my husband to give me—the thumbs at the nape of my neck and other fingers to work on my neck. I had always been hoping that my husband could do that massage stronger and for longer time. Now this massager can provide that for me. I’ve been on this for like two rounds everyday since I received it. The first day I got on it was painful because my neck and shoulders were that stiff. However, once they’ve gotten softer, it just feels like you’re doing a maintenance on yourself so that your neck and shoulders remain flexible. It feels so good, and I want to recommend this to anyone on the fence about it!

I love this device. My neck and upper back are more flexible and relaxed. I haven’t seen any other improvements yet, but I have only used it for less than a week. It’s a keeper.
