Beatbot AquaSense Pro Robotic Pool Cleaner

Original and replacement wouldn't clean my pool as advertised. Missed almost a third of the bottom and half of the walls, not to forget blowing fine silt out the exhaust and back into the water, making it cloudy for days! Waste of time unless your pool is square!

Great customer service

Beatbot working hard all summer. At the end of a cleaning cycle it gave me a message to evaluate one of the propellers to potentially clear debris. Upon inspection, the propeller was clear but not rotating freely. I sent a message to Beatbot with a video of the issue. They had a new unit out to me in a matter of days as they determined it could not be resolved on location by me. I packed up the old unit in the box, put on the shipping label provided by them and shipped it back to them. I’m now using the new unit without any issues and my cleaner was only down for a few days, so not a huge issue. They truly understood my predicament and helped me solve the problem quickly. Please keep up the great customer service!

That has the added benefit of ending frequent backwashing of the filter to keep the pump pressure in check.
