WaterGuru Cassette C2+ 3 Pack

Buyers beware that this does not really work with your Sense 3. I purchased these cassettes thinking they were the correct ones, but after 1 month of use we realize that the readings were incorrect. I contacted the company and was told that I purchased the wrong ones that I needed C5 if I wanted readings for CH, TA and CYA. We've only had our pool for one month and are new to the whole process. There was no warnings that the readings were not being updated therefore we were following the guidelines given to us in the app, which almost ruined the pool. I asked the company for a refund for these cassettes, seeing how it wasn't what I needed and was told they no longer process cassette returns. After spending almost $500 I would expect better customer service.
