Signature Chaise Deep

Perfect pool chair

Very sturdy, solid chair. Fits perfectly on our pool sunshelf

Pricey but solid

The only 2 aspects we would hope for are: - Adjustable - there are no adjustments - Price - very expensive for a large plastic chair, but the material is Solid and after 2-3 months in the Salt water, there is no staining or evidence of breakdown. We tried the more budget friendly versions and over time we projected more headaches. so we made the longer term investment.

I dont what to say. I like the products but the service, disorganization, and communication are painfully terrible. They said and item was delivered that wasnt then they sent 3 items that were not ordered that had a retail cost of over $1000. When I communicated the problems they did eventually respond but the communication is slow and painful and im still not sure when the rest of my order will show up. On the bright side I may get more product that I didnt order. The sad part is that I spent over 3k with this company and I had hoped the service would have matched the expectation for the money spent. 🫩☹️
