Have not used yet but finally got one during the holidays to start this new year off on a faster, cleaner filter cleaning mission! Looks to be built out of solid material and and comes either a handy carrying bag and nozzle. Directions are very clear and easy to read, and shipping was fast with product packaged up nicely for ssafe trip. Can’t wait to try this filter cleaner out soon.
