SHAW STRENGTH "100LBS" Pinch Grip Coin

I am absolutely loving the pinch coin, i am using it for both strength training and therapy after having surgery on both of my hands a few months apart within a year and it is helping me with the strength in my hands and my confidence getting back into the gym after a bit of a hiatus. I am very excited to see if Shaw Strength adds more grip work attachments/accessories to the site!!

Love it! Got in just in time for a Grip/Armlifting demo at our gym. Most people can do up to 30lbs and the stronger guys seemed to fall out around 40lbs. I got up to 57lbs on my right hand.
