This is the best product. I go for the plain unflavored because that allows me to put it in anything I want. I add it to protein shakes and mix with my flavored zero free sugar yogurts. I use it every day and just go with it. The benefits I notice is my hair is softer, my nails are harder, and skin glows. Been using this product for 3 years now.
