Best collagen ever

I just started using this a few weeks ago and already I see a difference in my hair and nails. Ladies, if you are peri, post or menopausal and are losing your hair, this stuff works. I hardly have any strands coming out when I wash or brush my hair. I add it to my morning tea. Love this stuff!

Love the collagen and protein combination. Makes for the perfect additive to my morning coffee. If at all possible, I recommend adding fiber to this blend to make it an excellent benefit for gut health.

I 1st tried the vanilla flavor, definitely recommend, selected the caramel flavor this time and love it as well. Definitely trying a different flavor until I try all of them
