Originally I ordered the product, and I didn't hear a word for a month. Pretty sure it was forgotten. But after I reached out I have to say the customer service team got right on it to fix the wrong. Works great! Easy assembly. Website said it won’t work with the HR05 but it does. Just make sure not to pinch the cable when tightening.
