Oatmeal Raisin' Hell

I have been converted! I have never had an oatmeal raisin cookie I've liked. That absolutely changed today. The perfect combination of oatmeal, raisins, spices, and salt. I bought them for my daughter but may just keep them for myself!

These are my very favorite cookies! These are the ones i hide in the back of the freezer so I don’t have to share. I am soon going to move and will relocate these to the back of the work fridge so no one at home finds them during our settling in period! Thank goodness these are not seasonal!

Its a beautiful thing. These cookies. Grabbed one, met the lovely mrs on the back patio where we sat, drank chai tea with the raisin hell and just enjoyed rhe moment. For sure a 5 star dang good cookie!
