Great chair head rest is a little bit of a nuisance but other than that its a good chair

Shipping was super fast and the chair was easy to put together. So far it is comfortable. The only negative in my mind is that the lumbar support is not adjustable as I need support a little higher up. That was fixable by buying a lumbar pillow, but I was hoping to not have to do that.

good build quality but they advertised it as appropriate for shorter people. it's not.
