I have tried 2 of the selections so far, and they taste amazing! I am picky about my cheese, and this by far is the first vegan cheese I have enjoyed. Hopefully, you have or can create a cream cheese so I can expand on my food creations since having to eat clean with my diagnosis of Alpha Gal

I absolutely LOVE the cheeses- i used part of 3 of them in a Spinach/Mushroom Spaghetti squash bake. The sauce was AH- mazing with these so I could enoy it "dairy free". I have not tried the pepper jack yet but will be using very soon in an enchilada casserole recipe 😀
