Excellent snack!

These are so versatile. They are spiced just enough to taste great plain, but neutral enough that your flavor profile options aren't limited in cooking. I slice up the blocks into strips, throw them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350°, and they turn into a great jerky-style snack. Highly recommend!

I have used it once thus far. Texture and flavor was nice, however I was expecting the seitan to be softer. This is not a problem as I began experimenting with other preparation techniques.
