Yaxell Hana 6.5" Santoku Knife

Yaxall Hana 6.5" santoku

This is a nice entry level knife. It is very sharp out of the box and keeps its edge if honed between uses. I have used it on veggies , melons, and a roast and It hasn't needed sharpening yet.

Can't go wrong

I bought this and the 4.75 for my wife and she loves them both. I'm the cook in the family, but she gets in the kitchen every now and then. An upgrade from what she was using , she's repeatedly thanked me. Any Yaxell Hana is worth it.

Excellent Workhorse

Super surprised by this knife. purchased it as an easy to care for workhorse. It arrived sharp out of the box and I can easily shave hairs with a little work on a leather strop. Love the few Hanas we have and will be adding a few more.
