Yaxell Hana 6" Utility Knife

Absolutely love it.

Perfect addition to my knife roll. I use it to debone and break down fish, finely mince shallots, and any and all knife work work off the cutting board. This knife and my Gyuto can tackle any job in a professional kitchen.

A pleasure to use

This is a great knife at a great price. It's light weight and a pleasure to use. It is very sharp out of the box and great for smaller prep tasks. I am impressed with the Yaxell Hana series.

Dun little knife

I have been impressed with the Yaxell Hana series. They are light weight, thin blades, that are incredibly sharp., and beautiful to boot! This knife is nimble and easy to use. Cutting is effortless with this blade, if glides through food with minimal effort. I started with one knife from this series and now have three; I will likely order more.
