Finally, a decaf that is truly a medium roast
A nice medium roast Colombian, with traditional espresso flavor profile and without those heavier dark roast notes that I frequently find when getting decaf beans. It isn't so much that I dislike a darker flavor profile, but more because I typically like to make half-caffs and want a medium roast to blend well with my medium roast caffeinated beans.
I rate the Perc Colombia Huila Decaf as a true medium roast, and it's good enough to enjoy as my daily driver. It also has really great crema!
