Ethiopia Kochere

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really enjoyed this washed Ethiopian Kochere from Atomic Roasters. Brewed it on the V60 and got a really clean, bright cup with that classic Ethiopian fruitiness and a nice sweetness. Light and easy to drink without being overly acidic. Definitely one I’d brew again.

Pretty good coffee

This is a pretty nice, delicate coffee. Tasting notes are right on, with the black tea taking a front seat and the stone fruit notes coming on late. Pulling as espresso brings out the sweetness and peachy fruit notes for a really nice cup with or without milk.

Classic ethiopian flavor

Nice and classic taste of Ethiopian coffee. The beans are freshly roasted and description on the flavors are accurate.
