Nice light well balanced knife. It’s rustic for sure, with visible grind marks and a couple of marks on the spine where the black coating has been scratched off showing fresh steel. It shines on the board; great geometry, steel, edge and well-installed handle. A very good everyday knife.

Best knife ever

I bought 2 knives for my wife because she is an avid cook. These knives cut like everything is butter and they look amazing. I will be buying more knives from Tokushu soon.

Best knife ever
