Chocolate Protection Packaging (One-Time)

In Las Vegas heat many more ice packs should have been used.

The packs were completely melted and warm. Need way more icepacks when shipping in the summer.

Had to pay extra for this and didn't get a choice. Still arrived warm it didn't ruin the product but I'm annoyed I paid for something that didn't work
