I have nothing but respect for a company who acknowledges a customer concern and acts quickly to make it better. My review of being sent the wrong type of bagel was responded to quickly and replacement sent immdediately. Thank you for listening and making me feel even better about continuing to order my favorite bagels. Things happen and many companies do nothing but you acted quickly and restored my faith and my loyalty as a customer. Thank you.
