Cooked Lobster Meat

Worth it!

While I initially thought this was expensive, I would say worth it. Large pieces, easy to prepare without the mess of dealing with the shell. The two of us had two meals out of the portion, first awesome lobster rolls and the next day served along beef tenderloin. Made my birthday weekend!

Cooked lobster meat was delightful!

We received the cooked lobster meat and used the Larry’s Catch recipe for lobster rolls! They were great. We had enough to share among the five of us. It was nice to have the lobster ready to eat, after thawing of course!

The lobster meat are great. At the moment I used them to make lobster chowder. There are many uses for them like a salad or a lobster roll.
