Great Chair

I am very pleased with the Royal II Silicone & Leather Executive Ergonomic Office Chair. As someone who works at my desk for 10 or more hours a day, I find the chair exceptionally comfortable and supportive of my back. Furthermore, the customer service team was excellent; they provided quick, helpful responses to ensure I had everything assembled correctly. Highly recommended.

Even nicer than expected

Smooth movement and a very soft surface are two aspects of the chair that surprised me. It is sturdy and feels like a very nice boardroom chair for a fifth of the price.

Disappointed - Traps way too much heat!

I wanted to love this chair because it looks great and has solid lumbar support, but I just can't do it. The description claimed it features "soft and breathable fabric," but that is a total joke. The padding on the Eureka Royal II traps heat like crazy. Within an hour of sitting, my back and thighs are completely sweaty, even with the AC blasting. If you tend to run hot or work long hours, avoid this one and invest in a high-quality genuine leather chair that actually breathes naturally.
