Tomato Passata

this is the only sauce we use for our pizzas..a touch of oregano..perfect..we don't care for a sweet sauce so much as a fresh tomaro sauce..this fits the bill..

Love the smooth texture. This tomato sauce is really low acid and retains the delicious fresh tomato flavor. I just ordered 6 more jars. Yum!

This is the best Passata you can buy no doubt ! Flavor is great. Tastes so “real” and fresh! It’s always on hand, and I make Giada’s pasta e fagioli almost monthly with it. I use it all by itself on homemade pizza and get rave reviews! Toss it in pasta and fresh roasted veg, use it as a dip in place of canned marinara, possibilities? Endless!!!!
