The bath oil is absolutely incredible, smells awesome and gave some instant relief!
The heat pack heats evenly and tucks right into your pant waistband which is lovely- these days I’m often sleeping with it and it stays warm for a long time.
Cramp cream has been my go to for years! Great kit.

A game changer
I am so grateful I came across these products, thanks to seeing Somedays on Instagram. The heat pack contours the pelvis perfectly, providing me optimal pain relief. I’ll even sleep with it overnight on top of my no-mess castor oil pack. I LOVE the cramp cream. It definitely helps reduce my pain significantly, and makes severe pain days a bit more tolerable. I personally like the scent, as I love wintergreen. I have yet to try the bath soak, but can’t wait!
