I love the flaxseed weighted heat pack - keeps its heat very well and of course portable it being weighted makes it so much better The cramp cream had been working for me and ive been using it on my torso in all the places it hurts Meant to try the tea have not yet - im sure itll be great Castor oil set - have not used yet - i made a mistake when i ordered and didnt get the embroidered “im not ovary-reacting” which i would have gotten a kick out of (my ovaries might be overreacting but im underreacting) Highly recommend!!

Did not expect this to work as well as it did! The tea was lovely and the heatpack is the perfect temperature and fits well. The cramp cream gave me instant relief and helped reduce the length of my cramps. I'm excited to continue with the castor oil this month.

So far I used the the cramp cream and I am pleased the castor oil was hard to apply and the tip of it broke in half, I haven’t tried the tea yet but it smells wonderful, the heating pad is great
