Period Plus

i truly wanted to love the cramp cream and loved the idea of something that quick and easy to help. Unfortunately i’ve used it many times and have never found any sort of relief from it. I don’t expect it to take away the pain completely, but I have noticed absolutely no effect. I do like the wrap that came with the castor oil to also add compression to hot patches to make them feel warmer even with the castor oil on

Love the castor oil set, much cleaner than using just straight castor oil

This was a great intro to the somedays line! The cramp cream works well on any muscle that's sore, not just period cramps!
