The tea taste amazing, is comforting and soothing. I can't say if it truly helps with mood but is a great edition to a relaxation routine to get you in a better place.

The dried herbs look beautiful in the package and in the cup of hot water. Pretty colored tea. Smells and tastes delicious.
Definitely helps me relax. I'm going to have a cup this evening.
