They need two versions - Well water & City Water

City Water systems do not need to be cleaned as often. It should have different instructions and labels. Seriously. Do approach the cleaners as the same class. Customers know better.

Fair to say that the product works but then again the U. S. Water System water softener and reverse osmosis system is working so well that it’s hard to tell if it’s doing much. That said, I’m going to keep using it to assure maximum efficiency.
