Clack Water Softener (WS1) and Carbon Filter

The tanks came with the clack valves installed, but they installed it on the wrong tanks. They put the filtering valve on the tank with the plastic beads and put the softener valve on the tank with gravels so I added all the carbon to it. So now I have to switch the valves but they didn't grease the inside tube enough and it lifted up an inch as you unscrew the valve. So I have to deal with their screw up and wasting time, energy and money to fix this. Their phone line is always busy and leaving messages for them to call back is almost useless.
