Great product and tech support

Tech support helped me choose the proper unit for our home. My plumber was able to get things setup without any issues. Definitely would recommend is water systems products.

Poor instructions

This functions well. but took me 8 hours to install. the instructions were written by someone who knew what they were doing. All was going fine until the brine line install. The instructions call for a brass nut. I found out, after looking at other brands and guessing, that my unit had been upgraded to a push-in connection. Then the unit start-up was a disaster. In the manual, which I had to print since nothing was shipped, it basically tells you to jump to another section of the manual. then the first thing is to start a REGEN. to do this you have to a different manual and install the drop unit. Then figure out how to do a REGEN. then go back after waiting for it to complete. This whole process was a lot of guessing. The unit does work great now. some of the install time covered my plumbing time. so that is not a fault of the instructions even though they did add a lot of time.
