5 stars start to finish. Great pricing, sales department did everything promised, shipping was fast. I did the install myself and ended up with a problem. I call US WATER , a real person and polite at that was super helpful. She transferred me to a gentleman named Vance, within a few minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and fixed. My error. I will recommend them to everyone including my family. Great job! Ps no prior contact with this company.

The Winner Is. . . Flexx-HD Economy Metered Water Softener

After a tremendous amount of research comparing brands, systems, warranties, and real-world reviews, we decided on the Flexx-HD Economy Metered Water Softener from US Water Systems — and it has exceeded all of our expectations. We live in the Palm Springs area where the water is extremely hard, and the difference has been immediate. Our water now feels cleaner and softer, dishes and fixtures no longer spot up the same way, and even our skin and hair feel noticeably better. What really sold us was the build quality and reputation of the Fleck control valve system. We wanted something reliable, serviceable, and built to last — not a flashy dealer-marketed system with expensive proprietary parts. The Flexx-HD checked every box. The system arrived well packaged, high quality, and exactly as described. It’s efficient, quiet, and performs flawlessly. We also appreciated that US Water Systems was transparent and knowledgeable without high-pressure sales tactics. If you are overwhelmed trying to compare water softeners like we were, this system is absolutely worth serious consideration. So far, we could not be happier with our decision.

Funnel to add resin to tank was smashed on delivery, but customer support sent me a new one. Instructions with regards to setup settings is unclear. Specifically the setting names in instructions does not match screen. Unable to install red safety clip in brine tank line because the quick connect collar does not leave enough space to insert it. I think the vinyl flush line is cheap. It should be a more robust line like a washer hose or poly line in my opinion. Plus it got flattened by packaging. Otherwise it is working and reduced hardness from 7. 1 to 2 to 3 ish. So far I am happy with it. Time will tell.
