⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Protected, Visible & Stylish- I Love My NEON Helmet! I absolutely love my UNIT 1 NEON Helmet! It gives me the perfect combination of protection, visibility, functionality, and style. I feel safer while riding without sacrificing the look I wanted in a helmet. One of my favorite features is the built-in signal lights on the back of the helmet. I was able to customize the light settings to my personal preference, which makes the helmet feel even more tailored to the way I ride. I also really appreciate the added safety feature that allows me to include an emergency contact through the QR code located on top of the helmet. It's one of those features you hope you never need, but I love knowing it's there. I did a lot of research before purchasing a helmet because safety and visibility were extremely important to me, and I am so grateful I found UNIT 1. It is a little pricey compared to some other helmets, but for me, the added safety features, technology, visibility, and overall functionality make it well worth the investment. When it comes to something designed to help protect me while I'm riding, those added features have real value. This helmet truly maximizes safety, visibility, and function while still being stylish. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I feel both protected and stylish every time I ride! 🚴🏾‍♀️🩷✨

This is a second unit after I returned the first one which had a defective switch. This one works perfect! It fits my head snug, secure but not tight. It’s slightly heavier than my regular road helmet and feels slightly warmer on my head probably due to decreased ventilation. However, I’m willing to compromise for increased protection. They still need to work on the power switch. It doesn’t have to be this hard to turn it on and off. It looks and feels a notch or two above some other powered bike helmets out there. I’m still happy with my purchase.

The helmet fits well, and the light works Well. The problem is the light at full strength runs down the battery quickly. In order to change the setting one has to use the Unit 1 app, which unfortunately does not work well. I cannot use the other light setting features or upload any of my safety info into the helmet due to an app that does not work. I have tried contacting the support email , but no response. I see from other reviews that this is not a new issue, the app or non existent support. That is very disappointing to me considering the price of the helmet but only being able to use part of its functions.
