Last night, the Gator Jigsaw broke out of its titanium containment chamber. Before we could stop it, it got into the lab, devoured every Mustard Primotalii specimen we had, and mutated into something otherworldly.
There was only one option left.
We nuked it with capsaicin.
That was a mistake.

Good flavor and quite zippy. The additional heat plus the underlying flavor of the peppers really adds to the flavor profile. Nice job of flavor augmentation with additional heat!
