Work well

These glasses seem to work well at blocking light/red light. I use them in my infrared sauna. I debated whether or not to get the dark or the extra dark and these seem plenty dark! I have a small head and these fit fairly well, but also seem flexible to fit those with larger heads. I would order another pair of these from Mito Red Light if I have a need.

The light is too bright for my eyes without glasses. These are just right!
