Good results but a little disappointed

Overall, the unit is good. Most importantly, I believe it is making a difference with muscle soreness and recovery. However, we have not been able to pair the unit with our iPhones and leverage the app as you advertise. We followed up with your customer service department and after attempting to problem solve with no success, we were told your company would get back to us with a solution. It has been approximately 3 weeks since this interaction. The app, or at minimum, a remote control, is essential to operate the unit.

I did years of research on which panel I wanted to do once I was ready to upgrade from a face mask. And I have been very pleased with my 1500 pro. It honestly shipped very fast and had adequate shipping protection within the box. Obviously took no time to set up other than just plugging it in. The user manual was very helpful and I have been using it almost every day since. I would definitely buy another panel through here or other accessories.

It was too bright at first but I got used to it (with eye protection). It is calming and makes me relaxed. Good Can change settings without app Simple use Cord is good length Stand is stable Gave 2 different eye protections Doesn't get hot when using Easy return process Neutral It holds angle very well but also sometimes it is stubborn to change angle Improvement I wish the bulb coverage was a bit wider
