I initially ordered the BIOMAX 900, but after about a week it stopped working. I had previously read some negative reviews about the company's customer service, so was not at all expecting the level of service that I received. A quick correspondence to tell them of my situation and they immediately responded by providing me a free return authorization and a new one was sent out to me the following day. The product is great, but the customer service by far the best I've had in years.

Our 2nd 450

We just purchased our 2nd Biomax 450 and have them hooked up back to back (lengthwise) on the boom stand. It's nice to get the full body therapy at once.

I love it. Works exactly as they say. The stand not so much. It's great that the stand slides under your bed and you can do it above your bed.But adjusting it to the correct height is really a pain. So when I adjust it, it's about 8 inches away from my body. And then if I want to move it, the next thing you know, it's 14 inches, but I really wanted around 10 or 12. I should have put the holes on both sides of the metal pole so that you could adjust it on either side
