Cousin T's Biscuit Mix

I tried these because my husband loves biscuits and doing most of the cooking while I wait on hip surgery. He made a batch, was surprised by how many it made and really liked them! I'd send a Pic but they're gone!! He works from home & ate them for lunch & supper! We will try the pancakes & syrup soon!

I bought the pancake mix and the biscuit mix and they were both excellent! I wanted to get the brownie mix, but it was out of stock, that's a good sign they are delicious!

I made my first biscuits this morning. I cut the recipe in half because it’s just me and my husband. The biscuits were light and fluffy and a little crisp on the edges. They were delicious!
