Cousin T's Pure Maple Syrup

So here’s a wild one… not only as a syrup upgrade on pancakes and waffles, sausage, bacon, eggs,… Everything breakfast, but it’s also fantastic for marinating salmon before smoking it. Cover a couple of pieces of salmon with the syrup for about two hours before smoking on a Big Green Egg and it turned out fantastic. Go figure – – cousin T’s maple syrup also works on fish! This guy and his company have got it going on.

Cousin T’s pancakes are so good you can eat them without butter or syrup! But his syrup is so good, you just have to use it anyway! We love Terrence, and his products are top notch!
