Super Seed Keto-Friendly Bagel

the ROYO super seed is my absolute favorite! They taste almost like a traditional bagel but lighter, which I prefer! I keep them frozen and thaw one at a time, and each time they thaw perfect and taste fresh!

Love these bagels. My onto Sunday morning bagel sandwich is now made with these. I was hesitant to buy them but this is my second order The only problem with have is when I just want butter it seems to make the bagel soggy but because I love them so much I let that pass 😊

I love these and reorder quite often. But I don’t like any other flavors or the buns. I don’t why they are different but they are to me. I slice them first and then freeze. Much easier.
