Golf At Home

Every little thing with this had been a nightmare, customer service is completely trash. App sucks, not enough lighting, not enough space, cant visualize the matt, have to use a code to log in that you wont recieve for days. Then when youre fed up with the app and the product all around and try to return it you have to do so through AI and they approve your return, then refuse to send you the return label and or where to return it to. Then after trying 50+ times to get them to send you the return label theyll tell you its past your 30 days. Do not recomend this product whatsoever. Complete waste of momey. Its a paper weight at this point. Just another snake oil gimmick in the golf world.

Does not work with my husbands phone. Slow motion camera setting is needed snd wont pick up his swings. Reslly frustrated because i saw great reviews on here then googled it when we had issues and the true reviews were some place else. Love the concept, that is why i gave 2 stars but everything else is not worth buying. If these issues get fixed, then i will consider changing my rating but until then… very disapointed. It was a fathers day gift bust.

Not as easy to set up / calibrate as expected especially in darker lit rooms & coloured / background patterned walls
