I really like the taste of this collagen and that it contains high-quality ingredients that I know should benefit me. I have run, so I am on the berry flavour. I will be buying this one again. I have a glass of water with two scoops of NMN and TMG when I first get up. Then I have another glass with a scoop of Vital Beauty with a scoop of L-Citrulline. I don't know if it will make me any more beautiful than I am, I don't think thats possible.
