57yrs young, started on one spoon with no notice took recommended two spoon and after a few weeks definitely feel more energetic and not so achey after a long day at work. Highly Recommended got my husband taking it now..

Not sure I don’t know if i feel like I have more energy really it’s only been a couple of weeks. I’m hoping to feel some difference down the road.
