A better night sleep

I have taken it for 1.5weeks and my night sleep has improved each night. I still wake most nights but am able to go back to sleep. I get up in the morning feeling more rested and better able to face the days challenges. This has been a great new habit to start, no regrets so far.

I rate this product highly. I’ve tried a few sleep aid supplements, and particularly various magnesium formulations. This one is significantly effective in achieving better sleep quality and making it easier to fall back to sleep.

Awesome product

This is a break through for sleep for me, being someone who suffers with insomnia, these have me sleeping all night long without waking up groggy from using sleeping pills. Highly recommend!
