My first can of Vital Beauty I only took very randomly and was thinking "hmmm I see know difference within myself". When the second can arrived I committed to a daily scoop and after a ouple of weeks I was so impressed with the changes. My nails are long and strong and my thin hair is thanking me for the assistance it is receiving. This is also and enjoyable drink.

Honestly best part of my day is having my juice. I mix it with a bit of mango smoothie for richness but it’s delightful on its own. Scoop size is bigger than the container says (23gm not 20gm) so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t last all 30 days. After 3ish months on it I can see a difference in the amount of hair fall I get. So I’ll be sticking with it.

Great flavour. Serves are large so the tin doesnt last long, especially sharing it with my husband. Hopefully they produce some larger tins for purchase
