KT® Neck Pain Relief Patch

I really like these as I have a fused neck. Glad I tried them.

I have used two and they do give you relief specially if you get them stretched properly across the back of your neck and log down into your shoulders. I didn’t notice that I did not put a third one on which wouldn’t mean I’d have about seven days usage because I’m picking up a little bit of soreness I noticed in the shower today so I’ll wait a few days and start up again. They’re good value.
