Not long enough and no options or workarounds

I kindly asked if there was a longer size available and unfortunately there is only one size available. Sooooo, if your calves are on the large side the ends may not overlap enough to velcro latch. I did ask if they could offer any work around suggestions as the gap left is scratchy. Nothing was offered. Perhaps, instead of saying no you could have a special team within customer service or even product design that would receive these inquires and actually think about if there might be a solution available in the future. I felt dismissed and not cared about.
